Connecting to file servers on the AWS Cloud from within the company
We use an AWS Cloud file server to which we connect from within the company. We ensure the security of customer data by combining AWS’s security features with our own server security measures. AWS has industry-leading security standards, and we use these security features to protect your data.

We recognize the importance of security and have implemented multi-layered security measures. We use security software and UTM (Unified Threat Management) solutions to strengthen protection against unauthorized access and malware.
Data Sharing with Clients
Like the Japanese government and many other companies, we have eliminated the traditional method of sharing data with clients through encrypted zip archives sent by email and switched to utilizing shared drives. This progressive approach has resulted in more efficient and secure information sharing. Our shared drive uses two-factor authentication, and we have worked with Microsoft to confirm that the method is correct. This prevents unauthorized access and data leakage, ensuring both smooth collaboration with clients and the highest level of data security.
Leased Line and VPN Connections
We use leased lines to connect from within the company to our file servers in the AWS Cloud. By using a leased line, we ensure the safety of our clients’ data through high-speed and secure data transfer. When a leased line is not available, we also provide a VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection over an Internet line. This allows secure access even from remote locations.
ISAE 3402 Certification
As an HR-related outsourcing company (payroll processing), we have obtained ISAE 3402 certification, which guarantees continuity of operations and data reliability. We respond quickly and effectively in the event of a contingency, providing reliability and peace of mind for your business.
