Since our establishment in September 1989, we have consistently offered services centered around taxation and accounting in English. This initiative stemmed from the stark realization, during my transition from working in auditing firms and foreign financial institutions to entrepreneurship, that the number of accountants providing tax and accounting services in English was severely lacking compared to lawyers offering legal services in English. It was the firm belief in a substantial latent demand for these services in English that prompted me to embark on this journey.

Over the past 35+ years, we have established ourselves as pioneers in this industry, striving to provide services that satisfy our clients. Our service offerings have expanded to include HR consulting related to payroll and social insurance, as well as cash management services such as payment processing. Currently, over 90% of our clients are multinational corporations, with headquarters spanning over 30 countries worldwide.

In addition to providing services to multinational corporations, we also offer tax and accounting services to subsidiaries of Japanese companies based in the U.S., tax and accounting consulting for Japanese companies expanding overseas, and international inheritance tax advice for Japanese individuals. These services have been made possible through the extensive global network of trusted accountants and lawyers that we have built  and cultivated over many years.

What we strive for every day is to assist our clients swiftly and seamlessly with their back-office operations, such as accounting and HR, which serve as the very foundation of their business. Our goal is to remove any obstacles that may hinder their success. What is particularly important to us is finding solutions and offering advice centered around the client’s perspective. We highly value communicating with our clients with care and empathy at all times.
