Representation in labour and social insurance procedures

We file applications on behalf of our clients to the relevant government agencies for starters and leavers, as well as various other notifications and applications as required by law.

Preparation and review of work rules and various labor-management agreements

As per Article 89 of Labor Standard Acts, an employer that continuously employs 10 or more workers must prepare rules of employment covering particular area and must file those rules of employment with the relevant government agency.

We help clients to prepare rules of employment (work rules) and various labor-management agreements based on hearings and discussions with clients.

We also provide clients with a work rules review service in accordance with changes in the laws.
